SeaHer’s Ballito Pro activation is centred on empowering women through movement, mindset, community, and shared experiences in the ocean—creating an accessible and inspiring space for surfers to learn, connect, and progress together wherever they are at!

Women of all surfing abilities looking to:

• Improve confidence in the ocean
• Enhance surf preparation and performance
• Learn practical mindset and breathwork tools
• Connect with a community of like-minded women

Friday Community Activation

An informal pop-up space where visitors can:

• Meet the team and connect with the community
• Learn more about upcoming SeaHer surf camps and experiences
• Discover SeaHer x Afriski snowboard trips
• Chat, surf, enjoy sponsor giveaways

• Beach games
• Glitter & face painting for the kids

Event Format:

• Each game is 20 minutes total, split into 10 minutes per side.
• Each team plays with 4 players on the beach plus 1 substitute.
• Each game requires 1 referee.
• Rolling substitutions are recommended to keep games moving and include more players

10:00am – Arrival, setup and player briefing
10:10am – Beach warm-up for all players
10:25am – Game 1: Girls vs Girls
10:45am – Water break / team changeover
10:50am – Game 2: Boys vs Boys
11:10am – Water break / team changeover
11:15am – Game 3: Girls vs Public
11:35am – Water break / team changeover
11:40am – Game 4: Boys vs Public
12:00pm – Skills challenge / public sign-up
12:10pm – Game 5: Coaches vs Dolphin Players
12:30pm – Break / Photos / Crowd engagement
12:40pm – Game 6: Mixed Dolphins vs Public
